About this phase

The admin dashboard runs on a local demo data store that resets when the dev server restarts. Edits you make here flow to the public pages immediately (e.g. the featured toggle on the homepage).

Authentication, uploads, and payments are intentionally out of scope for this phase. The data layer is built to swap to a real backend API later.

Changes to brands, categories, content, sellers, and inquiries persist only in memory. Restarting the dev server restores the seed data.
